Waterbag techonology for vulcanising...

 

- Particularly suited for hot splices on steel cord belts, monoply or multiply rubber belts.                                     - Suitable for all splices like T square, rhombic, finger and Step splices.                                                              - Heating platens and traverses profile made of high tensile and light weight duraluminium.                                 - Hydraulic pressure up to 12 bar with a special water bag.                                                                                    - Electric power box with 380 V and 3 phases or other voltage on request.                                                           - Temperature up to 175°C with an electronic control with PID.                                                                            - Optional: Water cooling system for quick cooling within 5 minutes.                                                                    - Modular construction with 350 or 525 mm wide profiles, which can be assembled together.                            - The flexible heating platens and the Waterbag allow to get a accurate and constant pressure on all the surface of the belt for all different belt thickness.                                                                                                    - Very easy in use and maintenance.                                                                                                                      - Belt width up to 2.700 mm.
